Q Hotels is focused on development, construction and management of 80-200 Key Mid-Market, Upscale Select and Extended Stay Hotels in the Texas and California markets with Marriott International, Inc., Hilton Hotels, and Intercontinental Hotels Group (IHG) hotel suitability as well as sound investment potential. It is our core competency today and our focus for the future.

Q Hotels development funding will be maintained on a project-by-project basis through debt financing and private equity contributions with principals and managing members maintaining common management and ownership interests.
